Singer Frankie Bridge and Elmore holds ‘Time to Talk’ event

Former The Saturdays star Frankie Bridge joined with local charity Elmore to give a talk on mental health in Oxford.

The event, hosted by Blackwell's in Broad Street and in association with Elmore Community Services, was held following Time to Talk Day.

Frankie Bridge is best known as one fifth of the band ‘The Saturdays’ and outside of music has established herself as a TV Presenter and Digital Influencer. Frankie has opened up about her experiences of anxiety, depression, and panic attacks, after hospitalisation in May 2012. Having initially dealt with these issues in silence and alone, Frankie has been supporting mental health charities to work alongside people with mental ill health.
