Domestic Abuse (FSP)

About Elmore’s Family Solutions Plus Domestic Abuse Service

Family Solutions Plus (FSP) is Oxfordshire County Council's integrated safeguarding service, bringing together social workers, children's practitioners and specialist adult-facing professionals to support families experiencing complex challenges. By working collaboratively across domestic abuse, mental health and substance misuse services, FSP aims to improve outcomes for children and help families create safer, healthier futures.

Elmore leads the Domestic Abuse element of Family Solutions Plus across Oxfordshire. Through a trauma-informed approach, we provide a safe space for both victim/survivors and perpetrators to recognise, acknowledge and make positive change. Motivational interviewing is at the heart of the model, helping individuals build insight, recognise their strengths, and identify meaningful changes they want to make for themselves and their families.

We work with parents and guardians, offering both group and one-to-one support. Our approach focuses on building healthier relationships, increasing safety, and supporting sustainable change. By addressing the impact of domestic abuse on the whole family, we help create safer, more stable home environments and contribute to keeping more children safely with their families.
