About Elmore’s Berkshire Community Support
Elmore is working with people living in Berkshire who have complex emotional needs often associated with a personality disorder diagnosis. Staff meet with clients to support with mental and physical wellbeing, relationships and social networks, finances and benefits, and access to other agencies. All referrals come from Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
Commissioned through and in partnership with:

People living in Berkshire or with a Berkshire GP.
Clients will have complex emotional needs often associated with a diagnosis of personality disorder.

Workers will provide an individual package of support tailored to the needs of each client.
Support is provided on a one to one basis and may include practical help, emotional support, advocacy, links to other agencies and a focus on connecting clients to ‘universal’ services where these are needed to grow and build in their independence.
The support wil be consistent and reliable, with clear boundaries agreed and understood, particularly at times when clients find it difficult to make use of other services.
