Elmore is located in the heart of the Cowley area of Oxford. We are based at 213 Barns Road, Cowley, Oxford OX4 3UT, beside Templars Square.
Please press the button marked ‘Elmore’ on the buzzer at our building entrance at the Between Towns Road-side of Ladbrokes.
Elmore have declared a climate and ecological emergency in recognition of the serious and urgent need to care for our environment. This extends to how we get around and encourage others to reach our office. We encourage everyone to use sustainable transportation modes and set out some options for getting to Elmore.

Reaching Oxford
If you are coming into Oxford from other parts of Oxfordshire, you can reach the city centre for travelling onto Elmore in the Cowley area. The city centre can be sustainably reached by train, bus, and Park & Ride services.

Park & Ride takes you into the heart of Oxford for travelling onto our Cowley office.
It's easy: You can park at a Park & Ride site around Oxfordshire and express buses will take you straight to the centre.
It's great value: The combined parking and bus ticket currently costs £6.80 for parking and bus travel.
It's convenient: Buses drop you off and pick you up directly in the city centre. There are no parking worries, your combined ticket provides 11 hours of parking.

Oxford Station, the city's main line rail station, is on the western side of Oxford city centre.
There is a Hackney taxi rank outside of the station, where you can board zero emissions Black Cabs.
Many buses stop at the station and they are increasingly operating cleaner engines which pollute the environment and the air to a lesser extent.
Oxford Parkway Station also operates services and is a Park & Ride site.
There is a significant number of outdoor cycle parking stations at both rail stations.

Buses travel into Oxford city centre from in and around Oxfordshire. Buses in Oxford cover surrounding towns and villages including Abingdon, Bicester, Carterton, Wantage, Banbury and more.

Travelling to Elmore
If you are travelling to Elmore in the Cowley area from a location in Oxford, we can be easily reached by bus, bike, and e-Scooter. If you have to drive—we encourage the use of sustainable modes including zero emission vehicles, car clubs, and lift share.

If you’re travelling onto Elmore from Oxford city centre, the 1 and 5 services operate from Oxford Station to Cowley, Templars Square.

Travelling by bike reduces car congestion and harmful air pollution and helps cyclists to stay healthy. Schemes to encourage safer cycling along Oxford’s busiest roads are being implemented in 2022. These will include direct, quick, and quiet cycling routes on the Cowley and Iffley Roads—important and busy roads for getting to Elmore.
Bike parking spaces are conveniently located outside our office.

If you have to reach Elmore by car, we strongly encourage you to use a zero emissions vehicle to reduce the harmful impacts on our environment and air quality.

Oxford has a Zero Emission Zone in which only full electric vehicles can travel without paying a fee.

Low traffic neighbourhoods (LTNs) in the Cowley and East Oxford areas of Oxford limit the use of residential areas as shortcuts. Traffic filters have been introduced to create quieter and safer streets where residents feel safer and confident about making local journeys by bus, bike, or on foot.

St Clement's Street
Donnington Bridge Road/Wiers Lane
Marston Road, Morrell Avenue
Between Towns Road/Church Cowley Road,

Multi-storey parking can be accessed at Barns Road, Cromwell Road, and Hockmore Street.
Oxford has controlled parking zones (CPZs). A CPZ is an area where parking is permitted in designated parking bays, and the rest of the kerbside space is restricted by yellow lines. Any illegally parked cars are issued with a parking ticket.
