Elmore continuously evaluates our services and publishes research to develop better ways of supporting clients
Our evaluations and research join together facts and figures with people's stories and experiences.
Research and evaluation have been at the heart of Elmore’s work since our founding in 1989 to:
uncover the facts about life for Elmore’s client groups and their families, so that we can understand the factors which, on their own or together, prevent people from accessing the support and services available to them.
monitor and evaluate Elmore’s services and their impact, so that we can learn the right lessons about how to improve mental health, complex needs, and domestic abuse services—not just in the places we deliver them but across the whole of the country.
share our unique working experiences and expertise to people whose roles bring them into contact with our client group. Elmore seeks to support agencies to work with each other to better meet the needs of clients.
accurately and quickly identify new client groups whose problems mean they may be living on the margins of services or society. Without a security net to support them, new client groups may be falling through the gap.
