Rise & Shine Outreach Caseworker
We are looking for a passionate, trauma-informed individual to join our team as our Rise & Shine Outreach Caseworker. Successful candidates will empower individuals who are experiencing mental health difficulties by supporting them in the community to make steps towards achieving their aims and assisting them with engaging with wider support networks and services.
This role is an exciting one, joining a small team at Elmore, to deliver a service that has achieved excellent client outcomes and feedback over the last 5 years. Our Rise & Shine service is specifically set up to work with individuals who often fall through the gaps of service provision (such as those over the age of 63 who are experiencing mental health difficulties), and it would be desirable if potential candidates had expertise of working with this age group.
We are looking for candidates who have experience of empowering individuals to make positive changes to their lives, supporting clients with complex needs in a relevant field. Successful candidates will need to be compassionate, non-judgemental, skilled in active listening, and experienced in risk management and safety planning, as well as being a skilled communicator able to develop partnership relationships in a multi-disciplinary team.
