The Oxford Blue publishes interview with Elmore CEO

We’re pleased to share that The Oxford Blue, an Oxford University award-winning online newspaper, has published a profile piece spotlighting Elmore and the work we do.

The article consists of an in-depth interview with Andrew, our CEO, conducted by our Communications Intern, Luca, and it explores the charity’s history, approach and vision for the future.

In the interview, Andrew discusses Elmore’s origins, our commitment to supporting people with complex and interconnected needs, and the importance of delivering person-centred support within local communities. He also reflects on his first year as CEO, the challenges that may be faced by service users, and why building trust and long-term relationships is often key to lasting change.

The interview also covers the role of partnership working across Oxfordshire, including Elmore’s involvement in the Oxford Mental Health Partnership, as well as the opportunities and challenges facing the charity sector in the years ahead.
