High Intensity User Caseworker
Hours, Salary and Location
Salary £29,705.48 - £33,433.78 FTE Per Annum
1 year contract (with the possibility for extension)
37.5 hours per week, Mon – Fri (9-5); part-time applications will be considered
Location – based in Oxfordshire. County-wide travel is an expectation of this post.

About the Role
We are looking for a High Intensity User (HIU) Caseworker to join our Elmore Floating support service and increase our capacity for outreach to clients.
Successful candidates will have the skills to empower individuals with complex needs by supporting them to make steps towards achieving their goals and assisting them with engaging with wider support networks and services. Building bridges for clients between hospital and community services and supporting a seamless step-down into the community will be key aims for this role.
Successful candidates will need to be compassionate, non-judgemental, skilled in active listening, experienced in risk management and safety planning, a skilled communicator and able to develop partnership relationships in a multi-disciplinary team.
