Elmore launches new organisational strategy

We are excited to publish our refreshed organisational strategy for 2026-2029. This document outlines the priorities and direction for Elmore for the next three years. It was produced with input from clients, staff and other stakeholders, and includes some client stories. These stories show our unique offer, and the impact of the support we provide. Nearly all the work we do is based on partnership so we would love to hear from people and organisations so we can help achieve the objectives of this strategy together.
