Elmore appointments 2 new trustees - Welcome Victoria and Elaine
We are pleased to announce that we have two new trustees joining the board of Elmore Community Services:
Victoria Fields is a Hospital Director with executive leadership experience across specialist care services, the charity sector, and health technology. Her work spans complex clinical settings, organisational growth, and service innovation, with a focus on driving quality, equity, and meaningful outcomes.
Victoria began her career as a Silver Star midwife at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, an experience that shaped her enduring commitment to equity and dignity in healthcare. She has since gone on to lead national and international health projects, always with a focus on improving access, outcomes, and quality of life for vulnerable people.
Elaine Shelton joins us to bring her lived experience of mental health and of using services (including Elmore).
We are hugely excited to have Elaine and Victoria bring their skills and experience to our board, and they will be formally co-opted during our board of trustees meeting at the end of September 2025.
We have also said goodbye to Pauline Scully, who has stepped down from her role of trustee at Elmore after 6 years of service. Pauline provided such valuable input in her time at Elmore, drawing upon her decades of experience within the health system. We wish her a fond farewell, and good luck with whatever is next.
